1) Subject who voluntarily agrees to participate and sign in informed consent form
2) Age: 20 years = Age = 54 years and male smoker (smoking =10 cigarettes/day during more than one year)
1) Continuous consumption of dietary supplement or oriental medicine or drug that affect inflammation, antioxidative capacity and lipid metabolism within 4 weeks before the first visit
2) Current consumption of anticoagulant within 4 weeks before the first visit
3) Following diseases :
Chronic inflammatory disease, diabetes, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, stroke, etc.), thyroid diseases, etc.
4) Decrease of more than 4 kg body weight within 4 weeks before the first visit (weight-loss therapy)
5) Excessive exercise (= 7 hours / week)
6) Subjects with hypersensitivity to test materials
7) Participation in other human study within 4 weeks before the first visit
8) Difficult to use smartphone
9) Any condition that the principal investigator believes may put the subjects at undue risk
