Inclusion Criteria
1.Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients who will be treated with pneumatic retinopexy or pars plana vitrectomy at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital.
2.Age > 18 years old.
3.Patient who is cooperative to obtain axial length biometry measurement
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient who will have scleral buckling procedure
2. Patient who is mental retardation
3. Patient who have retained silicone oil
