Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients in the age group 18 to 65 years.
2)ASA 1 and 2.
3)Pre operative Nuricks grade 1,2 and 3
Exclusion Criteria
1)ASA 3 and above .
2)Known allergy to study drugs.
3)History of renal disease; Serum creatinine >1.5mg/dl
4)History of liver disease.
5)Preoperative history of seizures.
6)Psychiatric illness
7)Heart block
8)Patient refusal
