入选标准
- •1. End-stage kidney disease patient who is planning to insert peritoneal dialysis catheter at Siriraj hospital
- •2. Age equal to or more than 18 years old
- •3. Provide informed consent
- •4. The patient who plans to start PD at least two weeks after PD catheter insertion ( break-in period at least two weeks)
排除标准
- •1. The patients who is suspected surgical complication after peritoneal dialysis insertion, including intraabdominal bleeding, bowel injury, or presenting of red color dialysate after intraoperative flushing
- •2. Allergy to heparin
- •3. The patient with an urgent condition needs a prompt start of peritoneal dialysis after PD catheter insertion.
- •4. The patient with a bleeding tendency (PT more than 1.5 times of UNL, PTT more than 1.5 times of UNL, or platelet less than 30000)
- •5. The patient who receiving anticoagulant for other conditions
- •7. The patient who had extensive intraabdominal adhesion from laparoscopic surgery finding
