1.Age 18-80 years,

2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II and III ,

3.Patient undergoing elective vascular surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient already receiving mechanical ventilation

2.Patient already receiving inotrope

3.Poorly controlled hypertension

4. Planned reoperation within 3 months

5.Preoperative immobility or inability to walk unaided

6.Pregnancy
