- •Healthy subjects aged equal or greater than 20 years old
排除标准
- •1. Unable to perform spirometry
- •2. Unable to perform IOS
- •3. Spirometry not met American Thoracic Society (ATS)/European Respiratory Society (ERS) 2005 standard
- •4. IOS not met standard recommended according to the ERS standard
- •5. History of smoking greater than 5 pack-years
- •6. Subjects with a history of asthma, other chronic lung disease or current acute respiratory infection
- •7. Obesity: BMI > 30 kg/m2
