入排标准
入选标准
- •1.patients of either sex aged between 18-90 years with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III
- •2. patients with NRS pain score>=5 posted for elective and emergency surgery for hip fracture under spinal anesthesia but unable to sit due to pain
排除标准
- •1. Patients who could sit comfortably
- •2. Refusing to participate in the study
- •3. Local anesthetic allergy
- •4. Coagulopathy
- •5. Infection at the site of block
- •6. Neurological deficits on other analgesics upto 8 hrs before performing nerve block
- •7. Neuropsychiatric disorders.
- •8. Pregnancy
