入选标准
- •The study includes all patients undergoing elective unilateral PCNL surgery, aged
- •between 18 - 65 years with BMI 25 - 35 kg/m2 and agreed to participate in research.
排除标准
- •The study excludes those patients who have failed to comprehend visual analogue scale, have contraindications to interventional procedure (ESP block), history of local
- •anaesthetic allergy, cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or metabolic diseases,
- •severe coagulopathy, history of chronic analgesic use, failure of procedures (ESP
- •block), serum creatinine more than 2mg/dl, patients on dialysis or in sepsis and
- •patients having pre-existing nephrostomy tube.
