入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing surgery for unilateral fracture mandible.
- •2. Patients belonging to the age group of 18â??65 years
- •3. Patients with ASA physical status classification I and II
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal to participate in the study.
- •2. Presence of any coagulopathy in the patient.
- •3. Presence of infection at the site of injection.
- •4. History of known allergy to any of the study drugs.
- •5. History of severe systemic diseases- Hepatic, Renal, Cardiac.
- •6. Presence of obesity with BMI more than 30 kg/m2.
- •7. Inability to comprehend pain assessment scales
- •8. Patients with failure of block.
- •9. Significant distortion in anatomy of block site.
