Name Time Method Glycemic index. Timepoint: Before the intervention / 8 weeks later. Method of measurement: Glucose level using enzymatic colorimetric method based on glucose oxidase measurement.;Lipid profile. Timepoint: Before the intervention / 8 weeks later. Method of measurement: Special Kit / Enzymatic Method / Friedwall Formula.;Malondialdehyde. Timepoint: Before the intervention / 8 weeks later. Method of measurement: Determination of MDA levels, malondialdehyde assay kit.
