Surgical procedures of less than 2 hours duration under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having cervical spine disease
Any history of gastroesophageal reflux disease
Upeer respiratory tract symptoms in previous 10 days
Mouth opening <2.5 cm
