Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group of 25-45 years
2. Apparently Healthy individual
3. subjects with stage-II periodontitis
5. Should have at least 20 permanent teeth
6. Patient who are willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy or lactating females.
2. Any form of Tobacco usage.
3. History of previous periodontal surgery.
4. Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthesia or any of its components,
