Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Age between 20 and 65 years
- •2. ASA physical status I, II.
- •3. Elective lower limb and lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Age < 20 years and > 65 years
- •2. Pregnancy
- •3. History of known allergy to acetaminophen.
- •4. BMI > 24.9
- •5. Liver dysfunction (AST > 35IU, ALT > 35IU)
- •6. Body temperature > 38 C or < 36 C
- •7. History of alcohol abuse.
- •8. Laparoscopic/Arthroscopic surgeries
- •9. Patients receiving intra operative blood transfusion.
- •10. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •11. Height > 150 cms <170cms
- •12. Surgeries of duration > 2 hours
