ASA GRADE 1,2,3
Patient undergoing ANY ELECTIVE PROCEDURE REQUIRING General Anesthesia WITH ORAL ENDOTRACHEAL INTUBATIO
Exclusion Criteria
PATIENTS OF URTI ,SORE THROAT, PATIENT REQUIRING MORE THAN 1 ATTEMPT FOR PASSAGE OF ET TUBE,KNOWN SENSITIVITY TO STUDY DRUG , PATIENT REQUIRING RT INSERTION , PROCEDURE TAKING PLACE IN PRONE POSITION, PATIENT HAVING BLEEDING DIATHESIS, PSYCHIATRIC DISORDER , SURGERY LASTING MORE THAN 3 HOURS
