Exclusion Criteria

Age less than 18 years and above 80 years

Patients who are mentally ill or are not able to give consent for study

Study the effect of omental wrapping in pancreaticojejunostomy in the prevention of postoperative pancreatic fistula <br/ ><br>Effect- difference in incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula in omental wrapping and non omental wrapping group.Timepoint: 3rd postoperative day, checking drain fluid amylase and diagnosing postoperative pancreatic fistula <br/ ><br>90 days- length of hoapsital stay and mortality
