Unilateral shoulder pain
VAS at rest:<=5
Any three positive tests from the following:
Pain increased or produced during shoulder flexion and /or abduction of
the symptomatic shoulder.
o Positive Neersâ?? test.
o Positive Hawkins Kennedy test.
o Positive Kinetic Medial Control test.
o Positive Empty Can test.
o Painful arc movement between 60-120Ì?.
Cervical referred shoulder pain
Upper limb neural deficit
Upper limb fractures
Any shoulder surgery
Neurological or cardiopulmonary conditions
Other shoulder conditions (calcific tendinosis, full thickness rotator cuff tears,
adhesive capsulitis, osteoarthritis, etc.)
