- •patient who was diagnosed to primary frozen shouder
排除标准
- •1. history of massive rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability (unidirectional or multidirectional), and post-traumatic shoulder injury (previous fracture or dislocation around the shoulder fracture of the distal clavicle, scapula, or proximal humerus, acromioclavicular dislocation
- •2. history of physical theray at affected shoulder or receiced intraarticular steroid injection within 3 mo
- •3. history of steroid, NSAIDs, Paracetamol, lidocaine or contrast media allergy
- •4. history of dyspepsia or peptic ulcer
- •5.history of recurrent frozen shoulder
