Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.A person who has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by a rheumatologist (American College of Rheumatology Criteria, 2010\)
- •2\. Menopause (Early Menopause) Women
- •1\. Menopause meets one or more of the following three conditions (WHO, 1994\)
- •1\) 12 months of spontaneous amenorrhea
- •2\) Patients with spontaneous amenorrhea for 6 months and serum FSH\=40mIU / mL
- •3\) Patients who passed 6 weeks after bilateral ovarian resection with or without hysterectomy
- •3\. Bone density values ??less than \-1\.0 SD or at least one osteoporotic vertebral fracture measured at the lumbar spine or femur (femoral neck or whole femur) (WHO, 1994\)
- •4\. Person who measured DEXA (dual energy x\-ray absorptiometry) within 1 year
- •Those who are satisfied with one of the muscle function evaluation items, ie, low muscle mass (aLM / Ht\=5\.4kg / m on DXA or BIA, Low muscle strength (grip strength \<18kg), Low physical performance (gait speed \<0\.8m / s))
- •5\. A person judged to be able to participate in exercise program
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. A person diagnosed with autoimmune or inflammatory joint disease or malignant tumor in addition to rheumatoid arthritis
- •2\. Take 3 months or more with 7\.5mg oral steroid
- •3\. Participants in other exercise programs while participating in the research
- •4\. Those who have less than 70% participation in the program
