Inclusion Criteria

1. Singleton pregnant women with cards in our hospital;
2. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent form;
3. Patients with a certain degree of education can read and understand the questionnaire by themselves or with the help of investigators.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Subjects diagnosed as diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy in the outpatient clinic of early pregnancy;
2. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases;
3. Patients with mental illness.
