- Brief Summary
Ethical approval of this study will be taken from the student project committee and ethical committee of Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. Study will be done in accordance with Helsinki declaration revised 2013 and the National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research involving Human
Participants, 2017. Recruitment and Intervention:
The objective of the study to see the effect of Muscle Energy Technique (MET) on pectoralis Minor Tightness in computer users, 65 participants aged 20 to 40 will be recruited from MMIPR based on inclusion/exclusion criteria. Pre intervention assessment will be taken by using Pectoralis Minor Muscle Length, Forward Head Posture and Rounded Shoulder Posture as the outcome measures, 2 times in a session every outcome measure before and after intervention.
MET of Pectoralis minor will be done by therapist.

Age 20 to 40 years Both males and females Computer users (4-6 hours per day) Shoulder Pain Occupation (administrative job, book keeper and cashiers, commercial occupation, policy makers and non-specific occupation) Pectoralis minor length test (>2.6cm).
Cervical Rib Breast Cancer Pregnancy History of shoulder Surgery and Pathology Clavicular Fracture Neurogenic And Cardiac Symptoms.
