i.8 months â?? 5 years
ii.ASA 1 or 2 status
iii.Paediatric Patient coming to JIPMER for elective laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
i.Airway anomaly
ii.Difficult intubation anticipated
iii.Planned post-operative ventilation in intensive care unit
iv.Patients at risk of aspiration

Name Time Method Sealing pressure <br/ ><br>Expired tidal volumes in relation to set tidal volume <br/ ><br>Timepoint: sealing pressure will be measured at baseline just after intubation then after pneumoperitoneum then after head down <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method Incidence of airway morbidityTimepoint: postop airway morbidity like sore throat, change in voice, change in quality of cry will be noted within 24 hours of surgery
