Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged \>17 years
- •\-Split Skin Grafting to their upper limbs
- •\-Patients remaining in hospital until change of dressing
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients with burns \>20%
- •\-Patients with significant burns requiring grafting to areas other than the upper limbs
- •\-History of local anaesthetic allergy
- •\-Contraindication to regional anaesthesia
- •\-Severe respiratory disease
- •\-Inability to give informed consent
- •\-Physiological/neurological shoulder/nerve deficits
- •\-Significant coagulopathy and anticoagulant treatment
