Inclusion Criteria
Children with spastic cerebral palsy will be recruited from the registration NUTEP patients (N = 20). Inclusion criteria will be children with good cognition, GMFCS (Gross Motor Function Classification System) levels I to III, mean age 3-8 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Previous orthopedic surgery; botulinum toxin injection in the previous 6 months; cardiac, respiratory or psychological conditions that compromise the implementation of the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduced of execution time in seconds of sit-stand performance on at least 15%, after 12 weeks of intervention, verified by Timed up and go test, realized before and after the intervention. <br><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increased of distance walked in meters on at least 30%, after 12 weeks of intervention, verified by 6-min walk test, realized before and after the intervention. <br><br><br>Reduced of ellipse area in square centimeters and the lengths of the x and y axes in centimeters, on at least 20%, after 12 weeks of intervention, verified by stabilometry, realized before and after the intervention. <br> <br>Increased of the plantar surface in square centimeters, on at least 20%, after 12 weeks of intervention, verified by stabilometry, realized before and after the intervention.
