Brief Summary
Diabetes Mellitus is a global problem, and India is likely to be the diabetic capital of the world by 2030. To address this global issue holistic, integrated approach is the need of the hour. present study is an attempt to see the effect of non-invasive classical Marma therapy (A unique method where a particular point is pressed in a desired way for a fixed time) on Blood Sugar Level or QOL or both.

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Pre diabetic and diabetic 2.Patients who are on same medicine for longer duration.3.Individual which falls under diagnostic criteria.
- •Already diagnosed cases of pre diabetic and diabetic
- •individual willing to be registered for study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Subject having any congenital elbow end wrist joint disorder.
- •2.Pregnancy, Post Natal Care, Lactating women.
- •& menstrual phase
- •Chain smoker, heavy drinker.
- •4.Subject having monoplegia, paraplegia.
- •5.other associated condition.
- •Traumatic, Infective, Neoplastic condition of patient.
- •7.Individual suffering from infection like viral, bacterial and fungal.
- •8.Individual who is suffering from any systemic or metabolic disorders (Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Thyroid).
