- •2.Age greater than 18 yrs.

- •1.ASA III and IV patients
- •2.Age under 18yrs
- •3.Patients with congenital airway anomalies
- •4.History of radiotherapy in the head and neck region.
- •5. Surgery for malignancies of head and neck region
- •6.Previous history of trauma and oral surgery.
