Patients under American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA)-I category.
2. Willing to comply with the study-related procedures.
3. Patients aged between 18-50 years.
4. Patients with impacted mandibular third molar which is not evident clinically.
Patients under American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA)-II and above category.
2. Associated pathology with mandibular third molars.
3. Unwillingness to commit to post therapy maintenance programme.
4. Patients allergic to local anaesthesia.
5. Erupted and partially erupted mandibular third molar.
