Pregnant patients
patients with ASA grade I to III
Vitally and haemodynamically stable patients
Uncooprative patients
Patients with relative and absolute contraindications (coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, increased intracranial pressure, severe hypovolemia, severe heart disorders, local infection at injection site, allergy towards anaesthetic agents, wound/scar on lumbar area)
Fetal distress
Patients with gestational hypertentyion
patients with ASA grade >III
patients with BMI > 35 kg/m2
