Inclusion Criteria
Patient who provides consent.
ASA physical status I and II.
Age between 18 to 60 years.
Surgery timeline 30 to 120 minutes.
Patient undergoing elective surgeries under epidural anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing emergency surgeries.
patients with anatomical spine deformity.
Body mass index more than 30kg/metre square.
Neurological diseases, coagulation disorders, local infections and unstable hemodynamics.
