Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients diagnoses as osteoarthritis of hip and undergoing cementless total hip arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
- Allergy to tranexamic acid
- Coagulopathy
- Severe renal impairment
- History of venous thromboembolism
- History of ischemic heart disease, ischemic stroke
- History of seizure
