Inclusion Criteria

Patient who underwent primary single-bundle arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using a hamstring autograft with or without meniscal surgeries in Nakornping hospital from 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2023

Exclusion Criteria

Use of other grafts
Revision ACL reconstruction
Concomitant knee cartilage or collateral ligament surgeries
History of knee surgery on the affected knee
Concomitant fracture
Coagulation or bleeding disorders
Preoperative anticoagulation treatment
History of tranexamic acid or epinephrine allergy
