Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis scheduled for unilateral cemented TKA, either sex, aged <80 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known allergy to tranexamic acid, hepatic/cardio-respiratory/renal insufficiency, congenital or acquired coagulopathy, recent history of thrombo-embolic episode
