- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Achilles tendon stiffness will be assessed pre- and post-intervention by synchronized measurements of sonography, 2d-motion analysis and dynamometry
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method All secondary outcomes are assessed before and after the intervention. Material tendon properties are assessed by synchronized measurements of sonography, 2d-motion analysis and dynamometry. Tendon cross-sectional area and muscle cross-ectional area is measured with sonography and muscular strength is measured with isometric strength assessments.
