Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Informed Consent Term.
- •Both sexes.
- •Age between 18\-50 years.
- •History of ankle sprain injury.
- •Score below 17 on the CAIT questionnaire.
- •Body mass less than 25%.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Disabling pain in any joint of the lower limb including the ankle.
- •They had already undergone surgery on the lower limb.
- •History of lower limb fracture.
- •That they were allergic to the components of the different types of bandage.
- •Any other contraindication to physical exercise.
