Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) History of two or more ankle sprains.
- •2\) Score \<\= 27 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) in the ankle with CAI.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Any recent lower extremity fracture or surgery.
- •\-Those with other lower extremity injury within the last 6 months.
