- •patients under endoscopic sinus surgery classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2
排除标准
- •1. a patient with abnormal liver, kidney function
- •2. a patient with a history of coronary vessel disease, cerebrovascualr attack
- •3. a patient with a history of coagulation disorter, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism
- •4. a patient taking antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants
- •5. a patient with abnormal coagulation lab test
- •6. a patient with a history of drug hypersensitivity by Botropase
- •7. pregnant woman
