Inclusion Criteria

Narrowing shorter than 1 centimeter in bulbar urethral stricture
Single urethral strictures
First-time visitor
Age over 20 years

Exclusion Criteria

Sensitivity to colchicine
Having gastrointestinal problems
The history of liver failure
The history of renal disease
