Inclusion Criteria
1) Age > 55
2) Either physically fit or not: High exercise (3 x 1 hour of physical demanding activities per week) or low exercise with a negative history of regular physical demanding activites
3) If diabetes mellitus type II present: HBA1C<8%
Exclusion Criteria
1) Major psychiatric diseases including current episode of depressive or mood disorder, sleep disorder, psychosis, substance misuse or dependency
2) Major neurological or other somatic diseases
3) Diabetes mellitus type I and type II with HBA1C>8%
4) Regular medication other than diabetes type II related medication
5) Febrile illness within 3 days of study participartion
6) Contraindications against MRI assessments (e.g. metal implementation)
