- •Confirm COVID- 19 positive patients.
- •Acute Hypoxemic respiratory failure (P/F ratio <300) or O2 saturation <90% with respiratory rate >25 breaths per minute with respiratory distress
排除标准
- •Intubation prior to HFNOT
- •Shock (MAP <65 mm of Hg, SBP <90 mm of Hg)
- •Requirement of vasopressor infusion
