Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Confirm COVID\- 19 positive patients.
- •Acute Hypoxemic respiratory failure (P/F ratio \<300\) or O2 saturation \<90% with respiratory rate \>25 breaths per minute with respiratory distress
Exclusion Criteria
- •Intubation prior to HFNOT
- •Shock (MAP \<65 mm of Hg, SBP \<90 mm of Hg)
- •Requirement of vasopressor infusion
