Inclusion Criteria

1.Age � 30 years

2.Duration of type II diabetes mellitus � 3 years

3.Willing to participate in study.

4.Patients having GCS score of 12-15.

5.Understands Hindi/English language and who will be able to follow the instructions to perform exercise.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Diagnosed with foot ulcer or foot gangrene.

2.Critically ill patient admitted in ICU & HDU.

3.End-stage renal disease.

4.Anemia ( < 9g/dl)

5.Lower limb amputation.

6.Heart failure (New York Heart Association functional class >2)

7.Having Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).

8.Patient with paralysis of lower limb and upper limb.

9.Patient who diagnosed with Gestational diabetes mellitus and recorded in medical record.
