Inclusion Criteria

Elective and emergency MRI and CT examinations in which at least one of the puncture sites is shown: proximal tibia, distal tibia, distaler femur, proximal humerus.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Pathologies at the respective measuring point (proximal tibia, distal tibia, distal femur, proximal humerus) which would be a contraindication for an intraosseous puncture at this puncture site
2) Too low resolution quality of imaging to evaluate all main parameters of soft tissue thickness, bone thickness and bone marrow diameter
