简要总结
Smartphone usage has Driven and became a necessity for most people of different age groups globally. Smartphones are used for both communication, entertainment purposes such as; music, internet access, photos, social media, games and Messages.Working on computers and operating smartphones for long periods of time promote recurrent use of certain muscles, leading to muscle fibre injury, cumulative damage from acute trauma and myogenic tonus that occur most frequently in the neck and shoulders. Repetitive and cumulative fatigue and trauma to the neck and shoulders causes forward head posture (FHP), a definite musculoskeletal abnormality. Heavy smartphone use has been associated with somatic complaints, anxiety, and insomnia, depression, psychological distress, and an unhealthy lifestyle. Individuals who constantly use smartphones may experience a decrease in the amount of time they have for other social relations, especially activities that involve face-to-face interactions. This situation may also make individuals lonely. Although smartphones are used as communication tools, their excessive use causes individuals to become addicted and isolated.
The main purpose of this study is:
To examine the Influence of the cervical flexion angle when using a smart phone on muscle fatigue of the cervical erector Spinae (CES) and upper trapezius (UT).
The relation ship/influence of smartphone usage and Addiction.
