Being over 60 years old
Having MCR syndrome
Willingness to participate in the study
Suffering from dementia (previous diagnosis or identification in cognitive screening)
Having progressive neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease
Significant vision and/or hearing loss that affects the person's mobility
Current diagnosis or history of psychiatric disorders
Recent or anticipated medical procedures that may affect the elderly person's mobility.
Having a disease affecting the study process
Unwillingness to cooperate or death or migration

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Fall. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg Balance Scale, Timed Up And Go(TUG Test), and Gait Speed.;Balance. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg Balance Scale, Timed Up And Go(TUG Test), and Gait Speed.;Functional activities. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Functional Activities Questionnaire, Mini-Addenbrooke’s Cognitive Examination, Berg Balance Scale, Timed Up And Go(TUG Test), and Gait Speed.;Depression.
