- To assess the effect of Kataka beeja churna in mutraja vikrita kleda includes diseases like diabetes mellitus with nephropathy and chronic renal failure without diabetes mellitus.

This is a clinical study of Kataka beeja churna in the management of mutraja vikrita kleda where 2 groups of diseases will be taken namely chronic renal failure with diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure without diabetes mellitus.This study has also includes the objective to find the relation between mutraja vikrita kleda with the abnormalities of urine.Also an in vitro study is done to see the nephroprotective effect of Katak beej.This study is done as a mandatory post graduation thesis work.Total no of patients will be 60 to be studied for 45 days.

入选标准
- •1.Patients within the age of 18 to 70 years of both sexes having symptoms of Mutraja Vikrita Kleda will be taken.
- •All the selected patients who well give their consent for clinical study will be included.
- •Patient with diagnosed case of chronic renal failure (CRF) with proteinuria
- •Patient with clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy.
排除标准
- •Patients below 18 years and above 70 years, pregnant women and lactating mother.
- •Complicated chronic renal failure patients.
- •Patient with Sr. Creatinine more than 6mg/dl
- •Patient with the other systemic complication where needs other intervention.
- •Patient with systemic diseases and immunocompromised states like HIV, TB, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
- •Patients with malignancy.
