Inclusion Criteria

1. Runners with symptoms for more than 2 week.

2. Both male and female

3. Pain over anterior or postero medial aspect of shin.

4. Grade I or II tenderness over affected area.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Lower limb fractures.

2. Old surgeries over knee and ankle

3. Any pathology around knee and ankle

4. Absence of clinical sign

5. any underlying disease

6. acute or chronic trauma
