1. Aged 35-75 years;
2. Western medicine diagnosis accords with lung adenocarcinoma stage IIIB-IV;
3. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation is positive;
4. TCM syndrome differentiation is a patient with Qi deficiency syndrome;
5. The expected survival period is more than 3 months;
6. Kamofsky score >= 50 points;
7. Patients were informed and signed an informed consent form voluntarily.
1. No acute gastrointestinal diseases such as abdominal pain or diarrhea occurred in the past one month;
2. No history of antibiotic or probiotic use in the past 3 months;
3. Did not consume yogurt in the past 7 days;
4. The female is not in pregnancy or lactation period;
5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the investigation without other serious diseases, mental illness or other reasons;
6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
