Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients having age in between 16 years to 55 years.

2.Disease chronicity up to 10 years.

3.Patients having MRC breathlessness scale up to grade 4.

4.Patients showing moderate obstruction in FEV1%( >35%)&PEFR( >50).

were selected for study.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients having age less than 16 years and greater than 55 years.

2.Patients having Palmonary Tuberculosis, Ca of lung,lung fibrosis,lung abscess,bronchiectesis, cor-pulmonale,IHD.

3.Patients having any other systemic illness.

4.Patients showing severe obstruction in Lung function tests i.e.FEV% <35,PEFR <50

were excluded from study.
