入选标准
- •Both male and female.
- •Age group- 15 to 24 years.
- •Playing kabaddi at least for more than 6 months.
- •Kabaddi player(atleast played district level).
排除标准
- •Players with musculoskeletal or neurological condition that may affect mobility.
- •Individuals those who are regularly participating in sports other than kabaddi.
- •Athletes who are at irregular practice for more than 2-3 months.
- •Any previous upper extremity, lower extremity or spine fracture or major surgery in last 6 months.
