Inclusion Criteria

Patients fulfilling the American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II criteria,age from 18years to 75years,Duration of surgery less than 2 hours

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with allergy to study drugs,cardiovascular disease (such as hypertension, tachycardia, arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease,Psychiatric disorder,Neurological disease, increased intracranial pressure, seizure disorder, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism
