- •Multiple rib fractures (2or more than 2) ASA class 1-3 Patients more than 18 years of age and less then 65 years of age.
排除标准
- •Patient not willing to give consent Patient with no pain Patient with bleeding disorder Wound or infection at site Hypersensitivity to study drug Patient with low gcs Patient with spinal deformity.
