Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA I AND II physical status
2. Scheduled for surgery of upper extremity under supraclavicular brachial plexus block
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Contraindications to regional anaesthesia like bleeding diasthesis, infection at site of block, peripheral neuropathy, coagulopathy
3. Known allergy to study medications
4. Concomitant use of sedatives or analgesics
5. Failed brachial plexus block
